Re-wrapped Ltd makes wrapping paper, swing tags, notebooks, greeting cards and other gift items.
We are a UK based company, company number 7811595, VAT Number 327 7498 62 and our registered address is Unit 4 Futura House, 168 Grange Road, Bermondsey, London, SE1 3BN.
We use PayPal and Stripe (Credit Card and Debit Card Payments) for all our order processing.

Delivery Information for UK and International Addresses to Retail Customers
We normally dispatch your order on the same day, if it is received before 3:00 PM, or within 1 working day of receipt if your order is placed after 3:00 PM, using Royal Mail (and includes International Standard Shipping for overseas addresses), so it should be with you within 2 to 3 working days (allow 7-14 working days for International Shipping).
Our wrapping paper is always delivered to you folded in 100% recycled envelopes. If you have purchased 24 or more sheets of paper, we may decide to ship it unfolded in a sturdy 100% recycled brown paper roll or tube, but this will take 3 to 4 working days to arrive (8-15 working days for International Delivery).
Our website automatically defaults to free Postage and Packaging to all UK Mainland addresses. Orders can still be expedited by selecting Royal Mail First Class, for which there is a small additional charge.
For Wholesale Customers and Businesses, we try to ship within 3 working days of receipt and orders are typically delivered by courier 1-2 days after this to UK Mainland Addresses (international deliveries take longer).
Free Retail Customer Returns Policy from UK Mainland Addresses
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase and as long as it is not damaged, we will arrange a full refund for the cost of your order and will also cover the cost of the postage from any UK mainland address.
Please make it clear when returning any products, why you were not completely satisfied with your purchase and we will try to ensure that other customers do not experience the same problem.
Before starting a return, also please contact us at email@example.com as we will need to provide you with the necessary postage labels, so that there is no expense to you in returning your order to us.
Returns from International addresses and any associated international postage costs are not covered by this returns policy.
We are unable to accept returns from Wholesale and Business Customers.

You also have the right for all your personal details to be deleted from our website and other systems (the right to be forgotten), when it is no longer necessary for Re-wrapped Ltd to retain such data. We will never pass any of your details onto any third party organisations or companies, unless they are a third-party supplier working on our behalf (such as PayPal and Stripe Credit Card Payments), or where there is a regulatory requirement to do so.
Poly Bag Specification
In order to support the Wholesale business and 3rd party storage and shipment of our products direct from their network of warehouses, we have introduced the option of pre-packing our wrapping paper and other products in corn starch clear bags. This also helps to protect the paper while it is in transit.
We have found a supplier of corn starch bags that are bio-degradable and compostable (under the right conditions), which means we now have the option of providing paper pre-folded and packed, without compromising on our ethos of using environmentally friendly or recycled materials in the creation of all our products.
This has allowed us to introduce pre-packaged options, knowing that the packaging we use will not end up in land-fill and remain there for many years.
